Personal Data Processing Policy

Processing and purposes

With your authorization, Paradigma uses your first name, last name, email address, company and, optionally, telephone number and description to respond to your request, offer related services, prepare proposals and conduct commercial follow-up. The data is managed in Salesforce as a CRM. Newsletters and promotions unrelated to your request require additional authorization. This form does not request sensitive data and is not intended for minors.

When the request is related to Salesforce, the authorization includes sharing contact details, company and need with Salesforce to register and manage the prospect or project in its partner portal and to allow related contact, including international transfers to the United States or other countries. Salesforce acts as the data controller for that processing in accordance with its Privacy Statement. Paradigma will retain evidence of the authorization and may provide it to Salesforce when requested. If you do not want this communication, you may request assistance directly through the email address indicated above and state that preference.

Rights and assistance

The data subject may access their data free of charge, know, update and correct it; request proof of authorization and information about its use; request deletion or revoke authorization when applicable. Legal or contractual obligations may limit deletion.

To exercise your rights, send through the indicated channel your name, request, preferred response method and proof of identity or representation when applicable. Inquiries are handled within ten business days, extendable by five additional business days; complete complaints are handled within fifteen business days from the day following receipt, extendable by eight additional business days, with notice of the reason and response date. After completing this process, you may contact Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

Retention and security

The data, its databases and evidence of authorization will be retained for the time necessary for the applicable purposes and obligations; afterwards, it will be deleted or anonymized. Paradigma must apply access, confidentiality and security controls and the legal and contractual safeguards applicable to its service providers and international transfers.

This policy applies to the contact form in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015. Versions of this policy will be retained and material changes will be communicated. New purposes that require it will be subject to new authorization.
